FreshPackedTaffy ordering information

Subscription terms

FreshPackedTaffy subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout for the selected 3-, 6-, or 12-month term. The checkout system is designed to schedule the subscription to end after the selected term. Subscription shipping is included in the displayed monthly price.

Flavor selections

Flavor availability can change. For the first shipment, choose your flavors or select Surprise Me. For future subscription shipments, your most recent mix remains your default unless you submit an update or selected Surprise Me.

Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is included in the displayed prices for subscriptions, one-time custom mixes, and gifts. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Multi-bag discounts apply to the taffy portion of the order; delivery is included once per order. Each order ships to one U.S. address. Delivery timing can vary by carrier and destination.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or something is incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@freshpackedtaffy.com with your order details so we can help.

Ingredients, nutrition & allergies

Ingredient, nutrition, and allergen information can vary by flavor, and sugar-free products differ from regular taffy. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering.

About the product

Taffy Town manufactures the taffy. FreshPackedTaffy selects, sources, curates, hand-packs, and ships customer orders.

Privacy

We use information you provide to process orders, communicate about your purchase, and fulfill your flavor preferences. Payment information for website orders and subscriptions is handled securely by Stripe.
