THE FRESHNESS ADVANTAGE
Fresh from Taffy Town. Packed for you.
We’re not pulling your order from a warehouse shelf that has been sitting around waiting to ship.
Taffy Town is literally in our backyard. We visit at least three times a week to source taffy for customer orders.
1You choose the flavors.
2We source the taffy.
3We hand-pack your order.
Taffy Town makes the taffy. FreshPackedTaffy curates, sources, hand-packs, and ships your selected mix.
What if I don’t send new flavors?
For returning subscription shipments, we’ll keep using your most recent mix unless you submit an update. You can also choose a Surprise Me preference.
Questions about ingredients?
Ingredient, nutrition, and allergen information can vary by flavor, and sugar-free products differ from regular taffy. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, contact us before ordering.

FAQ
Good questions. Sweet answers.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose ½ lb, 1 lb, or 2 lb and a 3-, 6-, or 12-month term. You choose your first flavor mix before checkout and are billed monthly.
Does the subscription stop automatically?
Yes — the website checkout is designed for a fixed 3-, 6-, or 12-month term, with the subscription scheduled to end after the selected term.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Standard U.S. shipping is included in the prices shown for custom mixes, gifts, and subscriptions. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
Can I change flavors later?
Yes. Use the Flavor Update link on this site before a future shipment. If no update is submitted, we’ll keep your most recent mix.
What if I don’t want to pick flavors?
Choose Surprise Me and we’ll curate a colorful assortment for you.
Do you manufacture the taffy?
No. Taffy Town makes the taffy. FreshPackedTaffy sources, curates, hand-packs, and ships your selected mix.
Need the fine print?
